Pay:
Pay is every Friday, 1 week in the hole
BOX - TRUCKS FAQ
Box Trucks
Midwest (OTR)

91-101+ height of box
-
Liftgate, e-track straps, load bars and pallet jack

OTR

26 ft. Truck (24 ft. is ok)
-
$5-7k per week. (ONLY FOR MIDWEST)
-
Driver must stay on road a minimum of 2 weeks

Will be running Midwest (HOT $$)
Pay:
If you are using your own MC (must have authority) must pay IGN every Friday!
If doing a lease on (No MC) payment is sent out within 1-2 days from when the invoice for the load is submitted.
